Hilal Al Jazeera Cont. Co. is committed to provide safe working condition for its staff and to protect the Environment and has zero tolerance on all Health, safety and Environmental violations. No efforts will be spared to provide all employees and manpower with a safe and secure working environment that will ensure full protection to our people, our assets and physical plants, our partners, clients and the general population affected by our works. Carbondale staff, contractors and suppliers will be requested to comply with mandated IISE laws, policies, codes' requirements, and guidelines to conduct our business effectively, yet safely and properly and Hilal Al Jazeera Cont. Co. will spare no effort to ensure awareness about. Integration of all such laws, policies, codes' requirements, and guidelines in the operation manuals of each staff, and supplier within his scope and we will hold each and everyone accountable to comply with them and to make sure of the following:
1. All incidents resulting from HSE violations, and all infractions of IISE laws, policies, codes' requirements and guidelines must be duly recorded and reported.
2. Hilal Al Jazeera Cont. Co. staff, suppliers & contractors are expected to intervene and report cases of unsafe or IISE violations
Hilal Al Jazeera Cont. Co.Quality, Occupational health , safety and Environment management system and manuals shall be maintained and continually improved. Management shall ensure that they shall be available & communicated to all and available on site.
